This sign is not strictly required at any point and if the original restriction of 622.1A has no exceptions then nobody would need to see it. However, where there are exceptions to the prohibition to allow for loading, for example, this sign will be useful for marking the edge of the prohibition.

There are no suitable supplementary plates for diagram 622.2.
