The STI steel web stoppers for smoke detectors will stop vandalism, theft, accidental damage and tampering. Manufactured from 9 gauge galvanised steel with a white plastic coating, the STI9604 and STI 9605 will fit smoke alarms that are flush or surface mounted (check the dimensions further down the page) and can be used inside and out.
With the threat of Fire Brigades charging for call-outs to fire alarm activations, STI Stoppers should be fitted in any areas where the risk of abuse or damage is severe such as care homes and warehouse loading bays.
